These Terms of Service govern your use of the DealTrek website and vehicle negotiation services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
DealTrek provides independent vehicle purchasing and dealership negotiation assistance. DealTrek is not a vehicle dealership, lender, or financing provider. Any vehicle purchase or financing agreement is between you and the applicable seller or lender.
Submitting an initial vehicle request is free. DealTrek reviews requests and determines whether to accept them. Submission does not guarantee approval or representation.
After your request is approved, you must review and sign the applicable service agreement before paying the $500 service fee. Payment is required before DealTrek begins dealership negotiations.
The $500 service fee becomes non-refundable once DealTrek begins contacting dealerships in connection with your request.
If you cancel before DealTrek begins contacting dealerships, you may request a refund by emailing autodealbuyers@gmail.com. Refund requests will be reviewed according to the applicable signed service agreement and law.
DealTrek does not guarantee a specific discount, purchase price, vehicle availability, financing approval, or successful vehicle purchase. Dealership pricing and availability may change.
You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle preferences and purchasing requirements. You are responsible for reviewing all dealership offers and making your own purchasing decisions.
DealTrek uses third-party providers, including Stripe for payment processing and Supabase for account and database services. Their services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes will not retroactively alter an existing signed service agreement.
